Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage restaurant operations and maintain accurate records.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
