Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and Point of Sale systems.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
