Role Overview

As a SME Account Manager in our Commercial team, you will play a key role in guiding small to medium-sized businesses towards the most suitable financial solutions. This involves developing client portfolios, meeting business development objectives, and collaborating with experts to provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio
  • Meet business development objectives by proposing solutions tailored to clients' needs
  • Identify referral opportunities and collaborate with the Bank's teams to drive growth
  • Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios to support clients
  • Negotiate product terms and conditions to ensure profitability
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards
  • Identify business opportunities for the Bank's products and services
  • Participate in market visibility activities to promote the Bank's services

Requirements
  • University certificate and 7 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience
  • Master's degree and 3 years of experience
  • Experience in business development
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis
  • Established professional network of contacts with local small and medium-sized businesses
  • Negotiation skills
