We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at Onmyownbusiness Solutions Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our company, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Supervise staff and train them on financial procedures
- Analyze financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards
- Develop financial plans for clients and prepare reports and audit findings
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment of salaries
- Manage financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
