Job Overview

This position is a key role in the Commercial team, focusing on providing exceptional service to small to medium-sized businesses. As an SME Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, meeting business development objectives, and identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Development: Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, building relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Meet business development objectives by proposing solutions to clients and seizing referral opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate the terms and conditions of products with clients, ensuring that they meet desired profitability criteria.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure the application of service quality standards and compliance with compliance and risk management rules.
Team Environment

You will be part of a team of professionals supporting commercial customers and surrounded by an entire ecosystem of experts to help you offer the best possible solutions to customers.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: University certificate and 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Business Development Experience: Experience in business development is essential.
  • Financial Knowledge: Knowledge of financial statement analysis is required.
  • Negotiation Skills: Established professional network of contacts with local small and medium-sized businesses and strong negotiation skills are necessary.
