We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Services Associate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kamloops. As an Administrative Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that our team is well-coordinated and productive.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation, ensuring that our records are secure and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using your excellent communication and organizational skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
