About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Farm Worker to join our team at Barrich Farms (2020) Ltd. in a seasonal position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
  • Clean and maintain the work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Harvest crops at the right time, examining them for quality and readiness for market.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling repetitive tasks with tight deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a rural area, exposed to wet/damp, dusty, and noisy conditions. They will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
  • Will train for the position.
  • Ability to work 40 to 60 hours per week.
