Global Business Expansion Manager

Laserglow Technologies is a leading provider of high-quality photonics solutions in the industrial, scientific, and consumer sectors. As a Global Business Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing international business strategies, managing accounts, and driving international sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to contribute to the global business of Laserglow Technologies
- Develop and maintain company sales opportunities
- Achieve business targets set on an annual and quarterly basis
- Develop business plans and strategies in the global market with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of project deployment, customer service, and technical support services globally
- Identify new regions for business development opportunities, performing market analysis for those regions to ensure alignment with the business products and solutions
- Client Engagement – ensure high-level professionalism, customer satisfaction, and solutions to enable growth of Laserglow
- Manage sales leads from beginning to end
- Ability to organize, track, and report on sales pipeline and progress updates
- Perform presentations to existing and potential customers
- Present and demonstrate product knowledge and the potential benefits to customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and associated training and implementation milestones
- Work collaboratively with the production and management teams to provide insights into client and industry product requirements as well as potential developments that sets Laserglow apart from its competitors
- Represent Laserglow in trade shows, industry events, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to prepare for such events
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts as required
- Compliance with Laserglow Technologies' policies and procedures
- International Business Development, Business Planning, and International Sales skills
- Strong Communication and Account Management abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in the photonics or technology industry is a plus
- Minimum 10 years in account management or business development with a proven track record in solution selling, including complex sale cycles and executive-level engagement
