What is the Opportunity?

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Branch Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability while ensuring exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on sales management, human resource management, and operations control. You will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our investment advisors and support staff, including hiring, training, and motivating them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of investment advisors and support staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to investment advisors to improve their performance and client service
  • Manage and control branch operations, including compliance and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of sales management and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • CSC and CPH designations, with ability to complete BM license within 3 months
