Chronic Pain Management Clinician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chronic Pain Management Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with patients and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of chronic pain management principles and practices. Additional responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborating with inter-professional teams and promoting patient-centered care
- Facilitating group education sessions and population health interventions
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements and Qualifications
- Successful completion of an entry-level BSc (PT) or MSc (PT) program
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Primary care experience and a supportive approach to patients with social determinants of health
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on location and experience)
