Salary & Benefits$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including group health and dental insurance, RRSP pension plan, and education bursaries.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our clinic team. As a Nurse Clinician, you will work collaboratively with our diverse and skilled care team to provide holistic nursing care to our clients.
- Use evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skills, and judgment to deliver high-quality care.
- Work within your scope of practice to meet the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Availability to work 12 hour shifts from 11:00am to 11:00pm, including every other weekend.
- Updated immunization records and a clear criminal background check.
- A willingness to attain required SE Health certifications.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- A demonstrated appreciation for Quality Improvement processes.
- A current CPR certificate.
