We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Bayshore Home Care Solutions in Hamilton, Ontario. As an RPN with us, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients in their community.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to clients in various settings, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and intravenous therapy
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes
  • Conduct health teaching and education sessions to empower clients and their families to manage chronic diseases
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care activities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $30.48 per hour
