Lactalis Canada is seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accurate management and maintenance of inventory levels within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory items according to the established schedule, utilizing inventory management software or manual counting methods to accurately record inventory levels
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between actual inventory counts and recorded inventory levels, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure that inventory records in the system are up-to-date and reflect the actual physical inventory, monitoring inventory movement and transactions, including receipts, transfers, and withdrawals

This role requires strong initiative and decision-making skills, effective communication skills both written and verbal, and excellent leadership skills with demonstrated commitment to development and continuous improvement.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
