Programmatic Advertising Strategist

War Room Inc is seeking an experienced Director, Campaigns to lead our Campaigns and Optimizations team in driving strategic initiatives and achieving high-impact results. As a Programmatic Advertising Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled leader who can develop comprehensive development plans for each team member and enable them to grow. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient marketing campaign development and execution, analyzing gathered campaign data to develop and refine strategies for key clients, and leading optimization strategies on top accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Maintain a keen awareness of current events and trends in programmatic advertising to set the direction for the team.
- Create and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement new project management tools and streamline workflows to increase productivity.
- Develop comprehensive development plans for each team member and enable them to grow.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead the Campaigns and Data & Reporting teams.
- Ensure efficient marketing campaign development and execution.
- Analyze gathered campaign data to develop and refine strategies for key clients.
- Lead optimization strategies on top accounts, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
- Effectively scale up revenue for ROAS-focused clients.
- Build comprehensive optimization reports and provide insights and recommendations to surpass set goals.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in a paid media management role, either in an agency or an in-house marketing position. You should also have 4+ years of people leadership experience and be certified on DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta. Additionally, you should have experience with digital media planning & buying, set-up experience on Search Ads (Google, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo) & DV360, and familiarity with other demand-side platforms.
Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience. We also provide extended health and dental benefits, as well as a wellness spending account. Our office hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and we require 3 days of on-site work per week.
