Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Millie Financial LTD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
