Office Administrative Opening - Part-Time

We are seeking a valuable team member to join our remote administration team. Key responsibilities include routing incoming calls, answering and screening telephone calls, and preparing outgoing email and correspondence. We offer a challenging and fun work environment, providing all necessary equipment and training to operate effectively in a remote office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintains a welcoming attitude by greeting company contacts in a friendly manner.
* Attends Zoom meetings to take detailed minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
* Handles sensitive information with responsibility, upholding confidentiality and discretion.
* Assists with specialized and sensitive reports, providing timely and accurate results.

Requirements:

* Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computers, facsimile, copiers, and adding machines.
* Six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Average computer skills in Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.

* Demonstrates commitment by maintaining a consistent and dependable work schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
* Can prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met, managing multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
* Has the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees, presenting information and ideas clearly and confidently.
* Comfortably takes the first steps to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
* Anticipates needs and responds to situations in a responsible manner, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate, identify, and define problems while searching for solutions.
* Detail-oriented nature is key, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Monitors and checks work or information, planning and organizing time and resources efficiently.

Compensation:
