We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Carelance Janitorial Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new administrative procedures and ensure they are implemented effectively
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies related to record release and coordinate office activities
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Working Conditions
  • Frequent interaction with colleagues and management
  • Maintaining accurate records and files

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
