Health Insurance Sales Representative

Medavie Blue Cross is seeking a skilled Licensed Health Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive package of Individual Health Insurance products to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell Medavie Blue Cross Individual Health Insurance products to achieve sales targets.
- Gather customer needs to recommend suitable product choices.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to advise on product benefits.
- Manage sales pipeline using a CRM to track interactions.
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain a positive work environment.
- Adapt to changing products and processes as our business evolves.
- Drive sales results by meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.
- Act with fiduciary responsibility as a licensed Insurance advisor.
- Provincial Life, Accident & Sickness license required upon hire.
- Skilled in developing and nurturing client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Persuasive and effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding active listening skills.
- A strong work ethic and high levels of initiative.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
