About This Role

Driving Business Process Excellence

  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops with cross-functional, geographically dispersed stakeholders to drive process improvement.
  • Develop business process maps to visualize and optimize workflows.
  • Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure expected benefits are realized.
  • Create process documentation and establish governance to maintain process integrity.
  • Develop data visualizations to support data-driven decision making.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect and document visualization requirements and develop BI reports meeting those needs.

Requirements

  • Corporate experience in project management, report development, and performance reporting or a combination of relevant professional experience.
  • Prior experience with project management and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and data structures.
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish business relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box.
