Finishing Superintendent

Faber Technologies is seeking an experienced Finishing Superintendent to support the delivery of a 10-story concrete tower residential project in the downtown Vancouver area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all interior finishes, ensuring compliance with the construction schedule.
- Coordinate finishing work with the project Superintendent, managing subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage daily finishing work on site, reviewing trade contracts and scopes of work.
- Obtain required permits and ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed onsite.
- Work with the Construction Project Manager to resolve any constructional issues that may arise.
- Supervise finishing workers onsite, providing feedback and enforcing company policy.
- Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associated work, creating contingency plans to mitigate risk.
- Experience as a Finishing Superintendent on concrete residential towers.
- Ability to see projects to completion as a Finishing Superintendent.
- Effectiveness in construction safety and productivity.
- Strong communication, integration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to health and safety in the workplace.
- Superior leadership qualities with a demonstrated track record of dealing successfully with internal and external customers.
- Results-oriented with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and timelines.
