We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Brij Hospitality Corporation.
About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Flow of Information: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
- Staff Motivation: Motivate staff to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Task Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Google Suite: Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google tools.
- Microsoft Office: Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Social Media: Familiarity with social media platforms and their usage in a professional setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
