Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Rogers Communications. This is a key leadership role that will oversee the overall operations of our retail stores, driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of store managers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase employee engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform decision-making and drive business improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure financial transparency and accountability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and analysis
