We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Reception Clerk to join our team at Canwish Immigration Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining work records and logs.
- Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and possess strong attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent flexibility, organization, and reliability skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
