About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales and Service Leader to join our team as a Market Vice-President. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and service growth in the Western region of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Centricity: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to add value and drive business growth.
  • Growth Mindset: Inspire and empower a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals and spur top-line results.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Translate corporate vision into actionable strategies, driving innovation and creativity to achieve margins, profit, and revenue goals.
  • Vision: Lead the implementation of corporate vision and culture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving employee engagement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and communicate strategic plans, accounting for external factors and driving business growth through creative problem-solving and risk mitigation.
  • Engaging People: Build and motivate a high-performing sales team, driving results through effective management, coaching, and development.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning activities and communication to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic Alliances: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth and success.
  • Developing People: Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and engagement, building a bench of future sales leaders through skills development and growth opportunities.
  • Informed Decision Making: Manage relevant information to make data-driven decisions, taking accountability for market decisions and adjusting as necessary.
  • Fast Execution: Deliver business plans to drive sales objectives, ensuring achievement of market revenue and profit targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the industry or related technology field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of building successful teams, strong business acumen, financial acumen, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to analyze and resolve issues strategically and functionally, strong management practices, and a proven ability to directly manage and track performance.
