About the Role

Sun Pharma is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our biologics brand.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Commercial Operations to establish revenue forecasts and drive growth.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to maximize the impact of critical customer touchpoints.
  3. Manage external agency partners to deliver promotional tactics and materials.
  4. Optimize Omnichannel Marketing efforts to engage customers.
  5. Design and plan communication plans to reach customers effectively.
  6. Analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  7. Plan and implement market research initiatives to deepen market understanding.
  8. Share insights to inform business decisions.
  9. Develop brand strategies to drive growth and market share.
  10. Analyze competitors and collect, interpret, and disseminate competitor information.
  11. Identify and plan/execute by segment to drive segment migration.
  12. Establish basis of segmentation, quantify, and establish segment needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate of life sciences, such as medicine, nursing, physical therapy, psychology, pharmacy, biology, and medical technology.
  • Preferably additional marketing or business training; MBA ideal.
  • Has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for at least 7-10 years as Brand Manager, Sales Representative, or Sales Supervisor.
  • 5-7 years Brand Management experience including launching key brands in local environment.
  • Soft skills: organizational and analytical skills; ability to work in a specialist area; excellent communication skills; digital marketing/market research/selling skills are desirable.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsets essential.
  • Experience working with PAAB regulations, IMC, and local compliance agencies.
  • IT tools: MS Office - intermediate level.
