Responsibilities:
  • Work with Commercial Operations to establish revenue forecast and maximize the impact of critical customer touchpoints – Patient Support Programs, Field force, Tele-sales, Digital.
  • Manage external agency partners to optimize the delivery of promotional tactics and materials.
  • Assist with the design and planning of communication plans, ensuring the right message reaches the right customers at the right time through the right channel mix.
  • Develop market analysis and insight, as well as action planning and execution.
  • Participate in quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives to develop market understanding.
  • Share insights gained from internal and external sources.
  • Develop the brand strategy, including competitor analysis and segmentation.
  • Collect, interpret, and disseminate competitor information.
  • Lead Advisory Boards with key customers across Canada and periodically meet with top opinion leaders.
  • Responsible for communicating effectively within the sales and marketing, medical team on pertinent information.
