About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in product management or merchandising, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Category Management, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic rationales and cases for new products, including financial feasibility and supplier selection.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring strategies are met and projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
  • Coach and develop Assistant Product Managers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in product management or merchandising.
  • University degree in Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Project Management Certification and/or MBA an asset.
