Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SP Legal Services Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Advise senior management
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Conduct research
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Adobe Photoshop, Google Drive, Electronic mail

Work Environment:
