Position Overview

The Production Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of production tasks within a dynamic urban environment. This permanent position offers a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week and requires a secondary school graduation certificate along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and process orders and directives from clients
  • Prioritize and organize tasks to meet production goals
  • Review and adjust the type and quantity of materials needed for various projects
  • Monitor and finalize work orders
  • Coordinate efforts with other departments and teams
  • Handle routine administrative tasks
  • Compile and present reports
  • Schedule maintenance and repair services
  • Maintain accurate work logs and records
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions for enhancing productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams
  • Manage the flow of supplies

Qualifications
  • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader and internet navigation
Experience Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning and coordination
