Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Van Cheong Tea. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize production efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and productivity.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction, and other projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or operations role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
