About the Role

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a seasoned National Trade Development Manager to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills and expertise to drive strategic growth and development within the organization.

Job Description
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase revenue.
  • Supplier Liaison: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment of sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Utilize data analytics tools to identify market trends, consumer shifts, and channel dynamics to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Partnerships: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers to drive loyalty, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in trade development, business development, or a related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must possess a valid driver's license and meet industry licensing requirements as needed.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision plans, disability coverage, life insurance plans, and an RRSP plan.
