Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure the quality of our food.
Tasks:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure the efficient operation of our kitchen.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is managed effectively.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
You will be supervising a team of 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
