Food Service Manager

Quesada Burritos And Tacos is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that our team is diverse, inclusive, and representative of our company values.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team is always informed and up-to-date.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
