Food Service Manager

Mr. Pretzels is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and serve meals, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Manage inventory and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
