About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) professional to join our team in Saskatoon or Regina, SK. As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing assurance and advisory services to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit functions, enterprise risk management programs, third-party relationships, regulatory compliance, governance, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal audit plans, including risk assessments and control evaluations
  • Conduct internal audits, including financial statement audits, compliance audits, and IT audits
  • Assist in delivering specialized projects, conducting internal audit quality assessments, and participating in various audit phases
  • Contribute to internal audit and risk training, proposal development, and networking to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in a related field
  • Experience delivering internal audits, internal control/ICOFR audits and/or IT audit/control engagements in a public accounting firm
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and internal/external stakeholders with various backgrounds at different levels in the organization
  • Attention to detail with solid organizational and analytical skills
