We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Career Development Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their career goals in the insurance industry.

As an Insurance Career Development Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while guiding them through the process of becoming a personal lines damage insurance broker. This includes training and support throughout their career development journey.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. You should also have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its various products, as well as the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Job
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide clients through the process of becoming a personal lines damage insurance broker, including training and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze complex information and make informed decisions to ensure successful client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
  • At least three years of full-time work experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong understanding of the insurance industry and its various products.
  • The ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
