The Staffing Alternative is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to drive performance management and succession planning for our site. As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with the Regional Director of Operations and site leadership to develop and implement human resources strategies aligned to meet site goals and priorities. Your expertise in training initiatives, employee relations, and regulatory compliance will be essential in fostering a culture of productivity and value within our organization. Additionally, you will work closely with our SAS Human Resources team on global or domestic Human Resources projects and evaluate and modernize current systems, policies, and practices to reflect current best practices within the Human Resources function. To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, 7+ years of HR Generalist experience, and 3+ years of HR Management experience. You will also need a strong background in practicing HR in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Canadian laws and government regulations.
