- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
