Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at NEXTREME CONSULTANCY INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources policy and program development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage contracts, coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, and recommend changes to senior management.
  • Manage training and development strategies, oversee the preparation of reports, and advise senior management on human resources-related matters.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Recruit and hire staff, conduct performance reviews, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • 16-20 years of experience in human resources.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills.
