About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical information and support to the sales team, and establishing quotations in collaboration with external sales managers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests and provide information on prices, technical specifications, and delivery dates
  • Establish quotations and follow up with customers
  • Maintain a good knowledge of our products and work with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Fluently bilingual (mostly international clientele)
  • College degree in engineering/technology and/or experience in technical sales or inside sales
  • Technical skills to quickly learn and understand products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
