Office Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team at OPTIMUM CAR RENTALS. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description- Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, continuously improving processes for optimal productivity.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring timely confirmations and reminders.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries.
- Compile data and statistics, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and staff alike.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
- Establish and maintain effective information filing systems, both manual and computerized, to facilitate quick retrieval and reference.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
