Ezeemdigitech is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective analysis and solution implementation. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the strategic goals of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and lead business analysis work to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
* Manage requirements lifecycle to ensure effective communication between stakeholders and the IT team
* Elicit and gather various types of requirements from stakeholders, including business and IT
* Assess detailed technical information to inform solution development
* Analyze complex problems and recommend solutions that meet business needs
* Articulate functional and non-functional requirements to stakeholders
* Document requirements in appropriate formats
* Communicate requirements to various stakeholders, including business and IT leaders
* Evaluate business and IT solutions to ensure they meet organizational needs

Minimum Requirements:

* A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Business Analyst
* A minimum of 10 years of IT industry experience
* Experience in at least one of the following industries: Gaming, Supply Chain, or Retail
* Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, including service design and service level management
