About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Société Financière Manuvie. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and implementation of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clarify and translate business requirements into detailed system functionality.
  • Develop high-quality requirement specifications.
  • Provide support to business areas, investigating operational problems and recommending solutions.
  • Develop new procedure documentation in support of new processes or system enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with business unit management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews with business and technical experts to identify and communicate issues.
  • Assist with the development of user test plans and testing to validate system enhancements.
What We're Looking For
  • University degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 1-2 years of business analysis and/or project management experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and challenging priorities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and workflow design.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
