About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Ezeemdigitech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, managing requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet the strategic goals of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead business analysis work to drive business value and improve processes.
- Manage the requirements lifecycle, from elicitation to documentation and communication.
- Elicit and gather various types of requirements from stakeholders, including business and IT leaders.
- Assess detailed technical information and analyze complex problems to recommend solutions.
- Articulate both functional and non-functional requirements, including availability, reliability, maintainability, security, and service level requirements.
- Document requirements in appropriate formats and communicate them to various stakeholders.
- Evaluate business and IT solutions to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Experience in at least one of the following industries: Gaming, Supply Chain, or Retail.
- Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, including service design and service level management.
