We are in search of a Senior Business Analyst who will be instrumental in advancing our platforms and digital solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management, this role is crucial in shaping the future state of our systems, products, and operational processes. Working within agile teams, the Senior Business Analyst will closely collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to identify optimal strategies for achieving significant business and user experience objectives.
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in transforming Willows Landing into a more customer-focused and data-driven organization, ensuring our products and user experiences meet and exceed the expectations of our residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of intricate systems and current business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for driving essential business outcomes.
- Assess the potential impact of proposed initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Define future processes and systems to support various teams as our products and services evolve.
- Navigate the legal and regulatory compliance landscape, ensuring that user and business needs are met.
- Support organizational change as we transition to our future state.
- Work alongside Design and Engineering teams to ensure that system and process modifications are user-friendly and efficient.
- Adhere to established business analysis methodologies to facilitate product execution and deliver cohesive experiences as the organization grows.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and development within the business analyst community; mentor junior analysts in enhancing their skills.
- Take charge of personal career development goals, collaborating with management to establish development objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with complex systems, processes, and products involving multiple operational teams.
- Expertise in designing and adapting processes to align with organizational needs and objectives.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams focused on achieving tangible business results.
