We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be instrumental in refining our platforms and digital solutions. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this role is crucial in shaping the future state of our systems and processes. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Data, and Engineering, to establish effective strategies that meet both business and user experience goals.
The ideal candidate will contribute to transforming Willows Landing into a more user-focused and data-driven organization, ensuring our products and services align with the needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of intricate systems and current business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for enhancing business outcomes.
- Evaluate the potential impact of proposed initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance metrics.
- Define future processes and systems to support various operational teams as our services evolve.
- Navigate the legal and regulatory landscape while ensuring user and business requirements are met.
- Assist in managing organizational change as we transition to improved operational states.
- Work alongside Design and Engineering teams to ensure that changes are implemented in user-friendly ways that minimize inefficiencies.
- Adhere to established business analysis methodologies to facilitate effective product execution and cohesive user experiences.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and professional development within the business analysis community; mentor junior analysts in their growth.
- Take charge of personal career development, collaborating with management to establish growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with complex systems and processes that involve multiple operational teams.
- Expertise in designing and adapting processes to meet organizational goals.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams focused on achieving tangible business results.
- A strong value-centric approach, emphasizing measurable outcomes for customers.
- A methodical, data-driven mindset for defining solutions, with a proactive approach to product delivery.
