Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Temporary Phone Operator and Scheduler to join our team at Randstad Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication with our customers and efficient scheduling of appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally answer and make phone calls to provide information and address customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, confirming, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer requests promptly and courteously, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including maintaining organized appointment scheduling systems and communicating effectively with customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a phone operator or receptionist role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
