Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Performance Strategist to lead our data-driven decision-making initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality insights and analytics to drive business growth and improvement.

Your primary objective will be to analyze financial/sales results to identify root causes and implement initiatives to drive positive performance. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners to define and drive business intelligence and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of industrial experience in BI Analytics or Reporting.
  • Experience working in the P+C insurance industry, with excellent understanding of personal insurance.
  • Proven ability to adopt and lead change, be highly adaptable and flexible, decisive and display excellent judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills with an unflagging desire to probe, question, validate and challenge to ensure accurate and relevant performance indicators are being reported and measured.
  • Leadership skills with ability to lead, empower, challenge, and influence cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding results.
