The Cluster Business Analyst position plays a crucial role in supporting senior management, business development, and brand strategy teams with actionable insights and recommendations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating business intelligence, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Your expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and communication will enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the annual operating plan cycle by developing forecasts, contributing to business cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior executives, commercial teams, and prioritized markets within the cluster.
• Analyze actual results against plan and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and recommending interventions where necessary.
• Maintain a working knowledge of primary pharmaceutical databases and services, such as IQVIA, to provide data-driven insights and support commercial management teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, to co-create, deploy, and maintain data analytics platforms, ensuring seamless integration and effective data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent technical certification, along with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Business, or Computer Science is preferred. You should demonstrate advanced proficiency in Power BI, familiarity with SQL and/or Python, and excellent communication skills, enabling you to visualize and communicate actionable insights effectively.
Benefits:
Randstad Canada offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also provides a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
