About the Role

Catholic Christian Outreach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our digital platform. As the Platform Manager, you will be responsible for creating a cutting-edge online system that will enhance the impact of our Intentional Accompaniment program, accelerate our reach, and empower laity to become multiplying missionary disciples on campus and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive platform strategy that aligns with CCO's 10 Year Vision
  • Lead the creation of a user-friendly and intuitive online system that meets the needs of our campus ministry, parish & diocesan clients, and alumni
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the platform is aligned with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Engage with key stakeholder donors to share the vision of the platform and report on progress
  • Develop and implement a plan for regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the system
  • Build and lead a team of professionals to continue the work of expanding the platform and its capabilities
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in project management, software integration, and/or web-based learning management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Engage Spaces software is an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Excel, Google Docs, project management software, and Gmail is an asset
What We Offer

Catholic Christian Outreach offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and mission-driven organization. As a Responsibility Level 4 position, the starting monthly salary is $5259.11, and is based on a 40 hour work week. Salaries increase with years of experience.
